Heather Planey

Heather has more than 10 years of experience in IT for travel and transportation in roles ranging from Business Analyst to Project Manager to Senior Manager of Delivery. Her areas of expertise include business process design, business and functional requirements development, RFP and proposal creation, implementation planning, and project management. She has extensive experience defining interfaces between legacy and newer IT systems, translating between technical and non-technical team members, and keeping projects on track and moving forward.
