Jack BoyajianPresident , The Hutton Group Jack Boyajian is an accomplished real estate professional with over 30 years of experience developing and managing residential, commercial, and vacation properties. Early in his career, Mr. Boyajian established a reputation for innovation and achievement. Mr. Boyajian began his real estate career as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Partner of C&R Realty and Management Co., Inc. While with C&R, Mr. Boyajian exercised control over the financial administrative affairs of more than 20,000 residential units across some 150-plus condominium and cooperative buildings. Jack Boyajian’s business acumen and work ethic led to additional roles beyond the scope of CFO. Mr. Boyajian hired, trained, and supervised the staff, including sales personnel, property managers, and administrative employees. Boyajian also designed and executed C&R’s marketing efforts. Boyajian managed the conversion of residential rental communities into owner-occupied dwellings in 10 communities and thousands of units throughout New York and New Jersey. Commerce Magazine listed Boyajian on their “Watch List” of successful executives under 30. The experience gained during the conversion project made Mr. Boyajian an expert in this emerging real estate niche. As such, Jack Boyajian has delivered numerous speeches on the subject and provided insight for various media outlets throughout his career. Jack Boyajian left C&R to become President of Far Hills Community Management. There for three years, Mr. Boyajian was responsible for the Far Hills portfolio of properties. When Boyajian first arrived at Far Hills, the company managed 400 units. By the end of the three-year period, Mr. Boyajian had built the Far Hills portfolio to include over 15,000 units. An innovator in the industry, Mr. Boyajian devised a subsidiary company to handle the maintenance of all the properties under the management of Far Hills. A common practice today, the concept was new at the time. Jack Boyajian attended the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. At Penn, Mr. Boyajian earned a triple degree in Finance, International Business, and Decision Science and graduated with honors. Ten years later, he returned to academics to earn his law degree from Rutgers School of Law in Newark, New Jersey. |
