As an eCommerce Sr Manager, I am responsible for driving new revenue through the website. I am a student of best practices for eCommerce and I use data and analysis to consistently improve conversion rates, transaction size and the “on-web” customer experience. I do understand and adhere to design and web navigation principles that deliver a best-in-class user experience, and promote company’s brand standards. My skills and competences include: - Owner of all “eCommerce-related” web pages, navigation, flow and experience – (after landing pages and product pages up to purchase) - Design, implementation and test of strategies for increasing web-site conversion and order size - Monitoring of conversion rates - Monitoring of customer experience to ensure company delivers frictionless commerce - Adhere to and champion best-practices for email communication and ensure company complies with all applicable email laws and company’s own privacy and marketing policies for any emails generated by eCommerce
