With a background in real estate, property management and mortgages, this is the next step for us to bring it all together for our clients. Our team goes in and creates tasks to be completed for maximum profit. We even do the work if the owner wishes. We can use owners furnishings and accessories or we have a warehouse of our inventory we can use to create a warm, inviting atmosphere for the buyers. For buyers - seeing a staged home helps them visualize their belongings in the house. It also gives the necessary aids for the size of a room. How many times has a buyer wondered if their bedroom set was going to fit? With a bed already in the room, it makes it easier to see. Staging also defines a room and even gives ideas for buyers.
