Wileman: background and industry expertise o More than 16 years in the consumer finance industry. o Began working with Orion in 2001 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing and was promoted to President in January 2003. In 2005, became CEO of Orion Financial Group, succeeding Walt Wileman as the second-generation owner of the company. o Oversees all aspects of the business, including sales and marketing. I purchased the company because I'm excited about the business and believe in what Orion has to offer. o I bring a strong technology and customer service focus to Orion. Spearheaded Orion’s technological developments and “peak performance” mindset. o Before joining Orion, I worked for The Associates for seven years and became Senior Vice President of Operations. In that post, I was responsible for three divisions averaging approximately 80 branches for $850 million in receivables. Also helped create a real estate sales force responsible for generating real estate loans and having them serviced through the branch system.
