Electronic Services, University Library, University of Amsterdam In 1983 I graduated from the Dutch agricultural university in the subject field environmental studies. In 1984 I discovered ICT and have been working in that profession since then. Most of my career in ICT has been in R&D, but I also managed a services & support department for several years.
