Hello, my name is Oscar Rios. As a graduate of top of my class in business and administration I take costumer service very seriously. I’ve made it my business all my life to set an example for others by taking consumers concerns and complaints not just very seriously but making it my top priority. Also an expert in advertising other companies have recognize my advertising expertise by the ever increasing number of new clients brought forth by my company during low market seasons with my strong advertising campaigns. The recent increase in internet fraud and scams the world has seen in the last 10 years has tough me to make all efforts possible at making each costumer feel at ease, comfortable by offering credentials, reviews and consumer ratings. The presently booming Las Vegas Real Estate Market has provided the opportunity to many investors such as my self as well as small business to grow and expand. This growth of course comes the price of having to “cut corners” for some. But not for me. Being able to stay on top and still offer Las Vegas lowest priced vacation housing is an achievement on it’s own but not one I take lightly. “Having stayed ahead of the competition and catering to nearly 200 guests every week for the last two years are my two proudest achievements“. In 2007 I expect to increase that number to 300 guests per week by adding an additional 4 properties to our line of luxury vacation homes.
