I practise intellectual property, competition and IT law and a wide range of auxiliary stuff in the commercial and corporate area - my practice becomes more diverse every day - for an interesting collection of clients. I present courses for Central Law Training and Quorum Training, maintain a personal (mostly running) blog and blawgs on intellectual property and the motor vehicle distribution block exemption (still, after all these years, my pet subject), write legal articles and books (my last one was a long time ago but the next one will be out later in 2010 and I am publishing an IP textbook on-line at www.ipsojure.co.uk) and contribute to Runner's World.
