Pop Wreck(oning)

PopWreck(oning) is the brainchild of two quick-witted indie kids from different scenes. Managing Editor Jessica, a Fordham grad, is based out of Philadelphia. She's worked with Overheard In New York as a top spy, Overheard At College as one of Michael Malice's favorite people, New York Moves magazine as the everything girl, and Gawker where she spends time when she's not creating something for PopWreck. Her informative posts manage to balance news-worthy media with quirky points of views in a manner that lends PopWreck press credibility without becoming bland. And she has a ridiculously huge crush on CW's Gossip Girl. Music editor Joshua, a product of Kansas State University, writes and works out of Lawrence, KS. He has spent the last 7 years in bands, playing both locally and nationally, with a handful of different groups. This part of his life has allowed his musical reviews and commentaries to possess a depth and insight that few journalist share. His perspectives are often fresh and unique and full of humor. He also is in possession of the world's most amazing cat. Lindsay is in charge of Media Acquisitions and general awesomeness.
