Robert BaderVice President, OSI Robert Bader currently serves as the Vice President of Market Strategy and Consumer Intelligence at OSI Restaurant Partners, LLC, a restaurant and hospitality company located in Tampa, Florida. In this position, Mr. Bader applied customer research to aid Outback Steakhouse, the largest company owned by OSI Restaurant Partners, turn around five years of lagging sales and customer demand. OSI Restaurant Partners also owns national restaurant chains such as Carrabba’s Italian Grill, Roy’s, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, and Bonefish Grill. Prior to this position, Robert Bader worked for 11 years for The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta, Georgia. In his tenure with Coca-Cola, he held the positions of the Foodservice Division’s Group Director of the Strategy and Development Group, the North America Division’s Group Director of Brand Integration, and the Burger King account team’s Global Marketing Director. Robert Bader helped implement multiyear strategic plans, leveraged food service strategies, and supported marketing initiatives. Prior to joining The Coca-Cola Company, he ran Bader Associates, Inc., in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Mr. Bader’s marketing and consulting agency assisted with new product launches for Tylenol Extended Relief, Tylenol PM Gelcaps, and Johnson & Johnson dental floss. From 1991 to 1993, he worked as a Product Director for Johnson & Johnson in New Brunswick, New Jersey, where he was responsible for product lines ranging from 80 to 90 million dollars. Robert Bader’s past positions also include Marketing Manager at the Campbell Soup Company in Camden, New Jersey; Associate Product Manager for the James River Corporation in Norwalk, Connecticut; and Assistant Vice President of Marketing for the Electronic Banking Department at Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company in New York City, New York. Mr. Bader received a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business from the University of Delaware in Newark and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business in Charlottesville.
