He is capable of managing and delivering such a project from analysing the user requirements, designing the data warehouse/database with ETL procedures till building the reporting environment on top of this data warehouse or database. He is a team player who is capable to coordinate a team to get the right results on time. Not scared of taking initiative he is very driven to communicate with the customer to find out his of her user requirements.
