Willy GissenCut-It-Out Communications In 2003, Willy Gissen founded Cut-It-Out Communications, a full-service public relations agency with departments in copywriting, political communications, interactive services and grantwriting. The firm has served clients in many fields including hi-tech, business-to-business, healthcare and politics. It completed a grant proposal for the Clinton Global Initiative and recently edited a book by a local radio celebrity. With over 10 years of experience in PR and related fields, Mr. Gissen became Vice President of a top Westchester public relations firm and subsequently served on the communications staff of the McCall/Mehiel gubernatorial campaign. He has published articles in the Westchester County Business Journal and Westchester Commerce about online activities and graduated with a degree in Government from Harvard College. Mr. Gissen's interests include chess, baseball and politics. He is an avid Bob Dylan fan and regularly attends Harvest Time, a church in Greenwich, Connecticut.
