IBS entered the building maintenance market in 1987 recognizing the ever present need for quality maintenance at a competitive price. We currently service twelve million square feet daily.

Start Up Procedures:
Making the transition from one company to another can present a serious challenge to both the facility manager and the vendor. IBS Implementation Plan is geared to provide a smooth transition from the onset, with a high comfort level for your facility. We have developed a transition program designed to minimize and virtually eliminate the risks associated with the transitional aspect of the cleaning business. Our plan includes a thirty (30) day interim period prior to beginning the contract, as well as the initial thirty (30) day period of the contract itself.
