Resumen profesional
I am President of Association Building Community in Berkeley CA - toll free number (866) 236-0346 or by email to brandon at abcglobal dot net. I just completed a term as Executive Director of Aiki Extensions International. Both are non-profits in the United States building communities locally and internationally to practice alternative methods of dispute facilitation.
I am a Culturesmith and Guardian of Peace. Other tags that apply to me include:
community builder, mythologist, psychologist, social justice / peace activist, performer, facilitator, academic, writer, public intellectual, teacher, student, non-profit executive.
I coined and reserve the right for everyone to share the term "Process Arts" to reintroduce auto-critical group process practices as essential for leadership and education in tandem with the liberal arts. When I teach I express what we do using various names and phrases (including variations) I originated and "own": PeopleGreen, Associative Inquiry, Healing Friction, Martial Nonviolence, Culturesmith, "conflict done well", "peace is conflict done well", "doing conflict well", bdwc.net, and williamscraig.com.
Also originated and reserved to the Commons are: culturopoiesis and culturopoesis, metashaman, and metashamanism, whereas I reserve the right to own the URLs that duplicate these terms.
I was born and mostly educated in Dallas TX, emigrated to California to be an aikido apprentice for two years, completed professional certifications in mediation and community building, acquired graduate degrees, became a husband and then a father.
