Brent Rippentrop began his career with Deere & Company as an Internal Auditor. As a Certified Public Accountant, Brent Rippentrop quickly demonstrated his skill in financial management and marketing, earning a number of quick promotions. Serving in the subsequent roles of Systems Analyst, Sales Finance Analyst, Manager of Pricing, Manager of Finance, Manager of Business Development, and Director of Business Development, Brent Rippentrop eventually earned the senior-level position of Director of Rental Marketing for the Construction and Forestry Equipment Division.
As Director of Rental Marketing, Brent Rippentrop managed one of Deere & Company’s fastest growing customer segments. Brent Rippentrop’s success in managing high-level relationships and multichannel growth strategies led to his next position as Director of Market Development for Sunstate Equipment Company, a construction equipment rental company partially owned at that time by Deere & Company. In this role, Brent Rippentrop successfully led the expansion Sunstate Equipment Rental into a number of new markets through the establishment of 30 “green start” stores. Through his team's efforts, Brent Rippentrop quadrupled Sunstate’s revenues over a five-year period.
In his final position with Deere & Company, Brent Rippentrop served as the Vice President of Marketing for John Deere Credit. In this role, Brent Rippentrop maintained direct oversight over all marketing responsibilities for John Deere Credit’s operations throughout United States and Canada. An expert in direct marketing, Brent Rippentrop initiated the John Deere Credit’s direct marketing “center of excellence,” efficiently centralizing John Deere Credit’s direct marketing efforts and increasing company revenues.
