Brian Weinstock was born and raised in Winnetka and Lake Forest Illinois and attended public schools in both comminutes. Mr. Weinstock attended local colleges and universities during the early 1970s. Brian Weinstock volunteered for military duty and entered the US Army and was honorably discharged from the US Army in 1977. After discharge Brian Weinstock started his first home improvement, design build firm in Lake Forest Illinois exceeding his customer expectations all over Northeastern Illinois in all aspects of home remodeling, improvement and repair. Along with his successful home improvement business Mr. Brian Weinstock began professionally inspecting home and commercial properties in early 1978 for buyers, banks and insurance companies, training new building inspectors regularly while continuing to grow this successful professional home inspection business through the years. When Home Inspection licensing became law In Illinois Mr Brian Weinstock trained and prepared for the professional licensing exam and passed the first time, Mr. Weinstock is currently a professional licensed home inspector in the state of Illinois, in good standing without disciplinary action of any kind since licensing began in 2002. Mr. Weinstocks home inspection company is Home Buyer Advocates Inc. Mr. Brian Weinstock is currently actively inspecting home and commercial buildings.

In the home and commercial design and build business, in the beginning for many years Brian Weinstock did all the work himself including, electrical, plumbing, and rough and finish carpentry of all types. In 1985 Mr. Weinstock married and began a family with two wonderful girls. In 1994 Mr. Brian Weinstock and his family settled in Lindenhurst Ill while continuing to own and operate a growing very successful residential and commercial design build firm. In 1995 Mr. Weinstock, while his children were young elected to finish both his Associates of Science and Bachelors of Science degrees at the College of Lake County and Southern Illinois University at Carbondale which he did 1996. Mr. Weinstock continues to own and operate Home Installation Professionals and Home Buyer Advocates with well over one million in gross sales. Brian Weinstock is proud to have earned and maintained an A+ rating by the BBB for both businesses, also to have earned the highest rating and award in 2008 by a well known customer rating company by having over 17 straight A ratings by our customers in every category of price, workmanship, professionalism, staff.
