Annie O'Neill My mother-in-law has been in Hospital since 26/12, NatWest were informed on 31/12 but have still charged a late payment fee on credit card bill. I phoned to ask them to take it off they said they can't access her account. I have the acct numbe and her dob so don't tell me they can't access it - that's rubbish they managed to access it to put the fee on her bill! Absolutely terrible customer service!!
