As Senior Vice President for Enterprise Technology Architect at Citi; Harold has established a solutions based functional framework for Enterprise Content Management (ECM), which is leveraged for simplification and consolidation across all Citi sectors. Harold has established, socialized and executed an education and awareness program which defines what ECM is to Citi and gained the acceptance for both the solutions based functional framework which is leveraged in making organizational changes mapping into ECM model. Harold has established new standards for the HRMS solutions of on-boarding and transfer and proposed a consolidated model across all regions. Harold has established architectural and application direction for Citi that creates a simplification model for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Time and Expenses environments. Harold has recently accepted the task to create an approach for Citi’s complete Customer Facing and Experience environment, which consists of eStatements, Letters, and Rich Internet Applications development and client.
