Hueina Su, The Nurturer’s Coach™, is a renowned expert in helping people find the missing peace in their stressful lives. She is a certified life coach, national keynote speaker, author, creator of Rx For Balance™ coaching program, and the founder & president of Beyond Horizon Coaching, a coaching and training company specializing in providing solutions for Work Life Balance, Stress Management and Intensive Self-Care.

Hueina started her first career as a registered nurse. Prior to becoming a business & life coach, she has worked in healthcare, academic, nonprofit, private sector, start-ups, and has more than 20 years of experience in nursing, coaching, counseling, speaking, training, sales, and small business.

Hueina is the author of Intensive Care for the Nurturer’s Soul: 7 Keys to Nurture Yourself While Caring for Others. She distilled these insightful principles and practical strategies from her own life experiences as a Nurturer, her unique blend of Eastern philosophy, and her years of coaching and counseling clients. Hueina holds a Master of Science in Family Studies from University of Maryland, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from National Taiwan University. Hueina is a Certified Empowerment Coach from the Institute for Professional Empowerment Coaching (iPEC Coaching), one of the world’s foremost International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited coaching schools. She is personally trained and mentored by Terri Levine, PhD, MCC, aka The Guru of Coaching℠, a Certified Master Coach and the founder of Comprehensive Coaching U.

She is also an adjunct professor at County College of Morris, offering continuing education courses for nurses.
