Successes with the execution of a pilot effort resulted in the expansion of 4 BAs at CIM. He designed and is executing user story development supporting multi project sprints in parallel.

Mr. Beitler filled the role of Technical and Business analyst interchangeably for Merck Business Solutions Delivery division. Specifically, Jack became part of a senior analyst team responsible for the delivery and maintenance of the largest Customer Data Integration (CDI) implementation in the pharmaceutical industry.

Accomplishments and responsibilities include:

* Sr. Analyst role in the successful delivery of two SOA-based CDI system
* Team lead for release management ensuring compliance to Quality Management System guidelines
* Team lead for defect management and system enhancements using Rational ClearQuest

Consultant to IBM Business Consulting Services

The U.S. Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) chose IBM to innovate its subsistence supply chain. DLA aims at implementing a common food management system (CFMS) to modernize Inventory, Menu Planning, Ordering, Meal Production, and Point of Sale functions. My role as a Sr. BPR Analyst consists of designing business processes supporting an enterprise IT architecture that consolidates five legacy systems. The CFMS project brought exposure to SQL 2005, the extensibility of Microsoft .Net, and an introduction to IBM MQ messaging concepts.

Sr. BPR Analyst responsibilities include:

* Designing the DoD Subsistence Order Processing and Production critical business processes,

* Ensuring system design is compliant to Federal Financial Management Improvement Act (FFMIA),
