Professional Summary
For 12 years I was building salescenters. 5 centers built from scratch, 6 reorganized. I have, personally, trained approx. 1300 salesagents and 25 supervisors. I've worked with complex it-solutions, I've been selling groceries, but most of all I've been working with people.
I have focused on building teams from different types of people. Combining a wide array of competences to make "the perfect team", and thanks to some great employees, hard work and a little luck, I've succeeded more than once. I've been leading by excample, and letting people "try out", showing me, but most importantly themselves, what they could achive. I've driven them "over the edge", but always making sure I was there to help them rise wiser and better. I belive in having faith in the employees, but guiding and supporting them every day - "we plan, they succeed". I've been delegating responsibility and trusting them to be able to reach the high goals we've set together. And to be able to rise the bar, and succeed again.
And I've also been lucky to be able to use my experience in helping others, peoples and companies, to succeed in keeping and developing their employees. I did this by selling an it-solution that supports the internal processes of the company, so the company didn't have to change to fit the system. I also used my knowedge to guide, support and help my clients developing their employees to reach their own and their company's goals.
I am consept oriented, creative, efficient, energetic, customer oriented, through a good perception of the customers needs and the entirety of the situation.
