Today, Jim manages the ad buys, media contact coordination and all campaign distribution for SkyeComm. He is the tech-savvy partner and is responsible for the design of all the company's print campaigns, websites, eNewsletters and ezines. Jim is a published photographer who is often hired for photo shoots, whether it is for special events, headshots, or product shots.

At the Danbury Mint (a segement of MBI), I managed over $12 million in annual direct marketing sales. On a macro level I was in charge of projecting and budgeting sales and shipment numbers for the products that I oversaw. On a micro level, I continuously analyzed marketing results and used this analysis to write future advertising strategies. I then oversaw the creation of marketing materials and distribution of these materials to our customers – by delegating and managing the printing of direct mail pieces and magazine advertisements. I was in constant contact with media and printing vendors to ensure my marketing deadlines were met. My product related responsibilities included outsourcing the photography, evaluating product samples and maintaining product inventory and quality for our customers. I had one employee in my direct charge and utilized the resources of others in my daily routine.

At Travelers Insurance, my main duty as a Subrogation Analyst was to identify, record, distribute, and track deductible collection for General Liability and Garage Keeper policies. While most deductibles are paid without problems, there is always a small portion which require substantial and diligent follow-up. To track down these payments, I was in daily contact with claim representatives, agents, underwriters, companies insured with Travelers and vendors working for Travelers.
