Work Experience

2001 - Present
I am lucky to serve as the Chairman/CEO of the McShane Firm, LLC which is Pennsylvania's premier criminal defense law firm that also specializes in DUI defense. We also have a very strong family law (i.e., divorce/custody/support/adoption) practice. I have the best attorneys on staff and even better support staff that are truly dedicated at achieving the best results for those people who trust us with their most important matters.
County of Dauphin / Assistant Public Defender
1999 - 2002
I was a certified legal intern when I was in law school. I tried six (6) cases to full verdict before I graduated from law school. While in the Public Defender's Office, I defended thousands of cases in every stage of litigation including a wide-range of cases from a triple homicide death penalty case, other murders, sex offenses all the way to ungraded misdemeanors. I represented clients at involuntary civil commitments (i.e., mental health hearings) and Children and Youth matters.
