Enhancements to web based content management system. Migration of content management backend from flat file system to MySQL database allowing for more robust site development and version control.

Created a template-based web site framework that reduced site development time and slashed feature deployment time.

Contributed to the creation and development of very low bit rate video coding technologies for videophone and MPEG-4 applications.
