With the expertise and background in commercial Real Estate, Weiss entered into the homebuilding industry as the Associate creative Director at Lennar Homes (Western Region) with the primary focus to help manage the communications department for all 7 divisions within Lennar's Western Region of Homebuilding. Lead creative development/strategy of all marketing & sales communications for each division and development of master-planned communities. Worked closely with each division manager on all land acquisitions and creative branding including research, identity, print collateral, strategic marketing campaigns, and internal and external corporate publications. Worked with the designers, illustrators, photographers and production artists, creative director, account mangers and copywriters to develop strategies for advertising campaigns and often specialize in the art direction of company photoshoots.

Weiss joined Arbonne International in March of 2004, as a senior designer and with her visionary retail and marketing expertise, elevated Arbonne International's branding to the next level. A unique talent and ability for defining & distinguishing brands proved to be an invaluable source of growth for the Arbonne brand with the launch of NutriMinC RE9 in 2003. Lauren further with a team of other designers to continue cultivating this innovative new brand for Arbonne through strategically redesigning all the marketing/communication materials including brand new skin care lines, packaging, naming, identity design, brochures, catalogues, web design and all monthly publications. Following the groundbreaking launch of NutriminC RE9, Weiss in tandem with Arbonne, designed and created the Figure 8 Weight Loss system in 2006 and the new Intelligence Skin Care Line that launched recently in '06.
