Through (aai) Asset Acquisition International, we purchase and market high and low quality properties, suitable for investment, residential occupancy, office, or a combination of these.
Being a real estate investor, I have put emphasis on helping families that are in danger of facing foreclosure and educating them so they don't find themselves in the same situation with their next home. Talents include performing detailed analysis to evaluate the investment potential of distressed properties.
I also help my clients with additional value added services like property management, rentals, travel, finding private funding, discount currency exchange, and more...
For commercial clients and developers, my colleagues and I offer our expertise to assist in commercial real estate searches, land acquisition, financing, permitting, etc.
Able to develop financial operations from scratch or significantly improve existing staff and infrastructure to enhance cash flow and profitability. Particularly effective in fast growth and merger/acquisition environments.
