Professional Summary

Before joining The Masters University, Hamade held senior positions with DATASKILL and RampRate where he was instrumental in helping DATASKILL achieve success and RamRate achieve being #2 ITO Sourcing Advisory Ranking, DHR International and Grafton Executive Search. He is a graduate of Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas, where he received a bachelor’s of science degree in criminal justice, and also completed course work for a master’s degree in criminal justice. Hamade is a member of the Human Capital Institute, Business Week Advisory Board, Society for Human Resource Management, Main Street Angel, and the prestigious Madison Who’s Who.


Hamade has experience in Mergers & Acquisitions and setting up international companies. Hamade has extensive experience in the principles and practices of building an HR organization that is highly client-focused and dedicated to HR activities; Principles of Effective leadership, applicable laws, rules, ordinances and regulations; Theories, principles and operational practices applicable to the area of assignment; Techniques for effectively representing any organization, including making effective presentations and dealing with a variety of individuals from various socio-economic, cultural and ethnic backgrounds. Perform Extensive administrative duties and policy interpretation related to the management within a division of related operational units and program areas.

Key responsibilities include developing division goals and objectives, managing staff through direct and subordinate managers and supervisors, developing policies and procedures related to division activities, developing and administering division budgets, conducting short and long range planning.

Track record includes making significant contributions to talent acquisition, people management processes and the development of a unified culture; work closely with the executive team to create an environment focused on talent development, succession planning and creating benchmarks for future leaders.


The focus, in his role as Chief People Officer, is to leverage company growth opportunities through fulfillment and management of the lifecycle that includes staff planning, development and deployment as well as administration of staff selection, retention and training. As part of the execuitve management team he will assess, coordinate, and implement HR practices and programs to facilitate growth as part of the overall strategic plan for the company. Evaluation of HR procedures, data management technologies, outsourcing opportunities and any merger and acquisition opportunities will be top priority.

He likes to create comprehensive Human Capital plans for organizations. The plan will develop a world class HR division that will create short and long range budgets, goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures. It will articulate strategic recruitment, equal opportunity selection programs and programs for regulatory compliance.

When not focusing on The Masters University, his passion is to assist companies in finding capital or investors in recommending companies to invest in. He has an excellent network of private equity firms, venture capital firms, investment banks, as well as various funding sources. Hamade has strong relationships in America and around the world.

Hamade has been a board member of Florence Crittenton Youth Academy Board and the Public Policy Committee of the Arizona Technology Council. Founded in 1896, Florence Crittenton is the oldest social service agency in Arizona, with a long and dramatic history. He has also been awarded the prestigious Who’s Who Member of The Year and a HR Professional of The Year Finalist.

I am the Chief People Officer at DATASKILL, a world class privately held consulting firm based in San Diego. DATASKILL has two major practice areas: Business Consulting and Technology Services. Business Consulting includes IT Strategy, Business Process Integration, IT Transformation, Architecture Assessment and Corporate Governance. Technology Services is comprised of Integration Services, Software Engineering, Managed Hosting Services, Education and Training.

After more than 12 years of leadership experience with top-tier companies, my mission is to expand and build upon the world class team at DATASKILL. In addition, it will focus on administration of employee benefit programs such as health, life and disability.

I am a member of Human Capital Institute, Society for Human Resource Management, Main Street Angel, Madison Who’s Who, Premiere Who’s Who and serves on the boards of Florence Crittenton Youth Academy, Mighty Share, Due Diligence, Novum Institute, and Business Week Advisory Board Member.
