3) Salina Steel Supply Inc. makes an array of steel products including Angle, Bars, Bar Grating, Beams, Channel, Expanded Metal, Flats, Floor Plate, Pipe, Sheets, Wire Mesh, and Tubing. I am currently creating a comprehensive Human Capital plan for DATASKILL. The plan will develop a world class HR division that will create short and long range budgets, goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures. It will articulate strategic recruitment, equal opportunity selection programs and programs for regulatory compliance. In addition, it will focus on administration of employee benefit programs such as health, life and disability.
