Area operations included marketing of consulting and contracting services, client development, procurement of sub-consultant/subcontractor services, contract and budget negotiations, personnel management, hiring and training of engineers and technicians, and planning and execution of projects. The client list included Saudi ARAMCO, Petromin, Bechtel, Fluor Daniel, Brown & Root, Saudi Arabian Parsons, Royal Commission for Jubail & Yanbu, Saudi Consolidated Electric Company, Saudi Oger, Dragages et Travaux Publics, Dywidag, Hyundai, and hundreds of other private and public clients. Actively involved in several research projects of the University of Petroleum and Minerals (Dhahran), King Saud University (Riyadh), and King Abdul Azeez City of Science and Technology (Jeddah). The area office, started with less than ten staff members, grew to become one of the main revenue generating offices of the company.
