McCartney Green Back from bootcamp a whole dress size smaller, firmer, and feeling much more confident and in control. Kristel was awesome... so supportive, so tough, so caring and good to me. It was awesome watching her interact with her clients, doing all she can to help even if it's just to listen. So proud of her!

McCartney Green Hard to believe that back in 1995 I was running six miles a day, running stadium steps with ease, benching 200 lbs, squatting 415, feeling like a kid at 40 years of age. Today, I feel more like 80. Why in the world did I let all that get away from me?
