Professional Summary
Currently an assistant professor at Keuka China Programs, Inc. (KCPI), a transnational branch of Keuka College in New York. Courses include Human Resources, Strategic Planning, Leadership, and Personal & Career Development. KCPI is the largest (U.S. Based) cross-border initiative in mainland China.
Vincent completed his dissertation,
"Sino-U.S. Transnational Education--"Buying an American Higher Education Program: A Participant Observation Study"
from the Washington State University in 2009.
Student Affairs administrator at Ole Miss and Wazzu for 11 years. Received several awards of outstanding service from each institution as well as regional and national recognition for successful programs targeting international students, issues of racism, prejudice, diversity and drug/alcohol abuse. Recently recognized for the "Excellent Teacher Award" with KCPI.
Between those two positions, served (for five years) as HR director for a global subsidiary of Hitachi Cable, Ltd. The past four years were in China, laying the groundwork for his doctoral research by managing a private language training school and conducting a pilot study while serving as Professor/Foreign Expert at three major Chinese universities. Just before moving to China, served as chief student affairs officer for the oldest Traditional Chinese Medicine school in the U.S.
Has served (three years) as a consultant for an international (Switzerland-China) joint-venture in the aromatics industry. Developed a curriculum for the managers of that organization including leadership, strategic planning and communication skills.

Vincent received his B.A. in Sociology and Psychology from the University of Mississippi (senior thesis on social distance was later published) and his Master's in Educational Leadership and Counseling Psychology from the Washington State University.
