2. Learning and performance management. At Oxford Wire, held HRM and plant management responsibility for 240 people in a manufacturing facility; increased productivity from 64% to 89% in four years. At WSU, directed student judicial affairs (21,000 main campus enrollments); managed Full Time Equivalent (FTE) reporting to State budget office for all four-campuses (24,500 enrollment). Reduced 10th day FTE state budget reporting from 44 days to eight days over a one-year period.
3. East Asian culture. Dissertation in Sino-U.S. trade; lived in China six years. Conversant in Mandarin and Japanese. Taught English as a Foreign Language (TEFL); two students placed in the top three nationally (6,000 contestants), in the China Central Television (CCTV) English competition. Eleven years of direct experience in international operations, including five years management in a Japanese-owned manufacturing environment (Oxford Wire).
