Since founding the WolfGroup Consultants in 2006, Raj has developed a global network of public and private sector consultants. His approach of connecting expertise from development, corporate, academic and government backgrounds allows the WolfGroup to deliver integrated and innovative approaches to its clients. The WolfGroup's work with international and inter-governmental clients has included over 35 projects in 20 countries.
He is a professional management consultant dedicated to helping international development organizations to achieve substantial performance improvements. Raj brings almost 15 years of experience in international development and humanitarian action, evaluating organizations and facilitating initiatives to enhance their strategies, structures, processes, partnerships, and culture. He is a Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) and an Accredited Auditor/SGS NGO Benchmarking Certification System (ongoing).
Raj completed his professional qualification and graduate studies in architecture in Canada and started his international career as a Canadian Peacekeeper in Bosnia-Herzegovina 1993 - 94. His field work continued over 8 years with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Afghanistan, Democratic Republic of Congo, Chechnya, Darfur and Iraq.
Born and raised in Canada, Raj has been based in Geneva since 2003 and continues to travel regularly for business and pleasure. He works fluently in English and French and has good conversational ability in Russian and German. Raj is passionate about all things related to mountains, and has recently settled in Chamonix, France, where he can ski, hike and motorcycle from his doorstep.
