Professional Summary

Sandi Bailey is a strategically-focused executive with a history of stability, strength, and leadership: experienced in targeted partnership development, government and media relations; and fostering productive private sector, not-for profit, and government relationships.

Sandi Bailey currently serves as business development, public affairs, and strategic partnership consultant to a $750M hospitality, entertainment, and convention center complex under development in the Las Colinas area of Irving, Texas, and has participated in the proposed project since December 2005 following her 12 year tenure as Executive Director of the Hotel Association of Greater Dallas.

In August of 2007, Ms. Bailey also began a strategic partnership with Freeman Group Service Solutions, an international hospitality and tourism consulting services company, as Executive Director-Hospitality.

Ms. Bailey utilizes hospitality organization experience to foster corporate understanding, and positive working relationships in each entity.

Core strengths in public affairs, communication, organizational development, and executive leadership serve well in many capacities. Simultaneous strategic focus is key in effective operation of an ever-evolving non-profit corporation and all associated entities and boards of directors; developing a diverse skill set capable of serving any corporation well. Success lies in skill to effectively anticipate what trends or issues will impact an organization, gain consensus from those represented, and adopt strategies to resolve issues successfully with a unified voice. Organizational management of a non-profit organization develops skills equivalent of operating a much larger corporation. A successful trade organization executive performs the equivalent of several executive roles with a limited budget while actively representing an entire industry with a unified voice.
