With more than twenty years of experience in the Christian music industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge, skill, and insight to my work at Crossroads Entertainment. As senior vice president, I oversee Christian retail, national accounts, international sales, mainstream sales, distribution marketing, distributed label operations, digital and online distribution services and production. Previously, I served as vice president of sales / label operations and director of sales at Pamplin Distribution. Before joining the Pamplin team, I worked as a national account executive for Warner (wea) Christian, where I was honored as salesman of the year, and as regional sales and marketing director at EMI Christian. I also have six years of experience in managing Christian retail outlets in Houston, TX and Milwaukee, WI.

I have been in the music business over 23 years. Change is a constant. I'm still able to get up in the morning excited about where we can go today. Music still touches the soul. It's still all about the song.

I'm married to my best friend in all the world. She still takes my breath away. After 28 years she still finds ways to amaze me.

I'm a father to 2 sons who constantly drive me with their creativity and passion. They are both brilliant musicians and godly men. I'm looking forward to seeing what they will do with their talents. Who knows maybe one day they'll hire me.

Since my diagnosis 4 years ago with Stage IV Colon Cancer, I've become involved with the Lance Armstrong Foundation (Livestrong).
