Working as a consultant for over 25 years, I help promote businesses, advance public policy issues, and manage public information and outreach. I am deeply committed to conservation of natural resources and sustainability issues. Specific activities: Plan and implement public relations and marketing campaigns -- responsible for business development, strategic planning and research
-- manage media relations; write and edit press releases, articles and newsletters -- organize events and workshops; facilitate meetings and presentations -- coordinate identity and branding through design of logos, advertising, marketing material and publications in print and electronic media -- design and produce advertising and promotional material, displays and multimedia presentations. I’ve also been a mural artist, grant writer and college instructor.

Helped set policy and promote conservation programs, focusing on communication outreach and regional planning activities. Chaired the Education Committee and developed programs for educators. Represented the RCD at regional, state and national association meetings and in activities in the State Capitol. Elected CARCD Secretary/Treasurer (2005-06) and served on several state committees.
