Actively participated in negotiation/implementation of an overall performance benchmarking & management system as well as a comprehensive Service Level Agreement (SLA) methodology for a multi-billion dollar outsourcing contract with AA’s largest outsourcer. Managed performance & reporting against SLAs, oversaw the dispute resolution process and administered the financial ramifications of all performance related Service Credits.

Left a position as an American Airlines airport agent to become a SABRE Specialist supporting travel agency use of this computer reservation system. Subsequently sold SABRE to travel agencies, receiving an award for top sales and promotion to Central Division Sales Manager.
