I became a Manager at PRTM in January 2008 and relocated to the Dubai office of PRTM in February 2009 to grow the local aerospace practice.
Confidential and significant client engagements have included a Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) service levels improvement project for a leading US airline, a New Product Introduction (NPI) transformation project for a global EMS, and the operational design and setup of a renewable energy venture.

Significant client engagements did include leading European carrier Air France-KLM, for which I took part in setting up a centralized back office for coordinating the aircraft's turnaround activities, as well as assessed major operational risks and defined backup modes for 13 French domestic airports.
I also re-engineered the fulfillment processes for the air travel operations of TUI/Corsair in Paris, France.
