Professional Summary
I’m the Founder & CEO of Mediassembly, an Internet startup that provides software as a service (SaaS) to help marketers inspire and amplify word of mouth through social media.
I’ve spent 15 years as an Internet strategist, software architect, and development leader specializing in interactive marketing and social media. For the greater part of my career I have worked with large interactive marketing agencies, including US Web (formerly Ensemble Systems, later marchFIRST) and Razorfish (owned by Microsoft), building high profile solutions for marketing, e-commerce, and Internet-based businesses. With these agencies, I’ve had opportunity to work with great clients like Microsoft, Dell, JC Penney, Southwest Airlines, Texas Instruments and many others. I’ve also had the great fortune to work with some amazing business strategy, marketing, creative, and technology professionals.
I founded Mediassembly after leading the strategy and development of Microsoft’s community marketing platform for Windows and Windows Live. Mediassembly helps marketers assemble brand advocate communities that span all social media. We believe keeping advocates engaged and active through their existing social networks and communities will maximize word of mouth reach and influence. Mediassembly makes that possible.
