He has published articles in the Westchester County Business Journal and Westchester Commerce about online activities and graduated with a degree in Government from Harvard College.
Mr. Gissen's interests include chess, baseball and politics. He is an avid Bob Dylan fan and regularly attends Harvest Time, a church in Greenwich, Connecticut.
