I handle venue research for their 13 city tour. I negotiate the venue contract and catering orders. I manage all event logistics for the event. I arrange all details with the venue and caterer. I handle attendee, speaker and volunteer communications. I put together and ship out all conference supplies. Ensure accurate event billing. Communicate with and oversee contract workers.
Irving bible Church / Event Coordinator

I oversee the events that utilize Irving Bible Church as their event location. I work with each client to assess their room and AV needs to ensure the success of their event. I handle all pre-event communication and on site venue management for the event.

American Bible Society / Contract Booth Manager

American Bible Society hired Winn Events to manage their booth out on the Don Moen Concert Tour. We oversee the donation envelope pass, collect envelopes, run the booth, and ship supplies to ABS as needed.

Integrity was one of my clients. I was the Event Manager for the Hillsong United Conferences and concerts. I was responsible for booking arenas and convention centers. I was also responsible for booking travel, hotels, transportation, catering, negotiating contracts, overseeing the speakers and artists for each event, and was the Onsite Event Manager.
October 2008 - March 2009
I managed all travel and hotels for the National Youth Ministry Conference 2008. I oversaw all hotel room blocks for attendees, staff, and VIP's. Handled all hotel questions from attendees and VIP's. I arranged all transportation for flights that were booked. Communicated travel and event information to all staff and VIP's.
East Texas Ad Federation / Event Planner
January 2005 - August 2007
East Texas Advertising Federation did a monthly luncheon. I booked venues for the luncheons. I also planned their annual awards show. I researched and booked the venue, managed the catering, ordered awards, handled the event logistics, and was the on site Event Manager.
Group Publishing / National Youth Ministry Conference Event Manager
June 2006 - June 2007
Group Publishing was one of my clients. I was the Event Manager for Group Publishing and Simply Youth Ministry's National Youth Ministry Conference in February 2007 held in Indianapolis, IN. I was responsible for negotiating venue, hotel, and artist contracts, managing hotel blocks, managing the production team, arranging catering, security, event rentals, travel and transportation, artist and speaker communication, and being the onsite Event Manager.
Teen Mania Ministries/Acquire the Fire / Event Logistics Manager
2000 - 2006
Research and Planning very detailed event tour schedule for National Christian Youth Conference that does about 35-40 arena/stadium events per year. I was responsible for scheduling venues, booking over 8,000 hotel rooms across the United States and Canada, arranging travel for event staff to over 35 events per year, securing nationally known Christian bands and speakers, arranging catering at events. The events ranged in size from 2,000-75,000 attendees. I managed a team of six staff and interns to see the booking side of events come to fruition. I managed the budget for all aspects of booking for the events including building rental, hotel costs, airline costs, VIP costs, and catering costs.
