Research and Planning very detailed event tour schedule for National Christian Youth Conference that does about 35-40 arena/stadium events per year. I was responsible for scheduling venues, booking over 8,000 hotel rooms across the United States and Canada, arranging travel for event staff to over 35 events per year, securing nationally known Christian bands and speakers, arranging catering at events. The events ranged in size from 2,000-75,000 attendees. I managed a team of six staff and interns to see the booking side of events come to fruition. I managed the budget for all aspects of booking for the events including building rental, hotel costs, airline costs, VIP costs, and catering costs.
