Automatic confirmation: When you contact support, you will receive an automatic confirmation that your message has reached us. If you do not receive a confirmation, please check your e-mail program to see if a spam filter might be blocking Plaxo e-mails or directing them to a bulk or junk mailbox.
Response times: Response times (typically 24-72 hours) can depend on many factors including the number of e-mails we received before yours and the complexity of your issue. We are working hard to keep up with the rapid growth of our popular free service and are making every effort to resolve support issues in a timely manner. Because standard support is free, we strongly encourage users to write support only if they cannot find answers in our knowledgebase.
